Delete Account

When you request deletion of your SelTopia account, we will delete your account and personal data associated with that account.

This includes, where applicable:

- Your account profile and login information

- Your email address or phone number associated with the account

- Your authentication records connected to SelTopia

- Your Cora binding information linked to your account

- Your saved preferences and account-level settings

- Any personal content or records directly associated with your account, if such features are available in the app

Some data may be retained only if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, or regulatory reasons.

We may also retain anonymized or aggregated analytics data that is no longer linked to your account and cannot reasonably be used to identify you. This data may include general feature usage statistics, such as how often certain app features are used. We use this information only to understand product performance, improve SelTopia, and analyze feature usage.

Deleting your account does not delete anonymized or aggregated analytics data, because this data does not contain personal information and is not associated with your account.
